We are creating a family friendly food court that will feature covered/indoor dining, an outdoor patio and play area with a playscape. Our goal is to bring food variety to Dripping Springs, a gathering spot for the local community and opportunity for up-and-coming restaurant vendors. We will also have a bar that offers alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
In plain words: a casual place to hang out for adults and families, catering to local clientele with new and exciting food options.
The project will feature a mixture of stone, glass, steel and open spaces. It will have a modern, hill-country feel. The building will be sustainable, functional and be constructed out of the highest quality materials. All efforts will be made to maintain existing topography and landscaping.
One lot north of the NW corner of RR 12 and Springlake, in the city limits of Dripping Springs.
The project has an approved site plan that is being updated to incorporate the bar and restrooms. The property has a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for alcohol sales as well as an approved (CUP) for up to four (4) food trailers.
The property features on-site parking with room to add more parking in later phases. The driveway apron is installed. Water provided by the Dripping Springs Water Supply Corporation (DSWSC). Pedernales Electric Co-op (PEC) is the electric provider and the sewer will be on-site septic (OSSF). A cross access agreement will allow vehicle access to Springlake Dr. through the development of the adjacent corner. This will allow for safer left turns out of the property.
